Key Responsibilities :
Facility & other infrastructure:
Employee and facility safety and security
Liaison with landlord
Establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules for all of the above
Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are diligently adhered to.
Office assets, maintenance & procurement
Control over the office expenses towards facility maintenance.
Set up system for office Inventory management.
Procurement strategy for supplies and upgrades
Implementation of corporate and general etiquette.
In office celebrations.
Complete end to end organisation , execution of company business meetings and fun events
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITIES REQUIRED:
5+ years of proven relevant experience, preferably in a US based multinational.
Good with numbers, with basic data storage, analysis and deriving insights from numbers.
Good presence, communication and assertiveness to deal with senior people and to represent the company.
