Job Description

Core Responsibilities: 1.Procurement & Management Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed procurement guidelines of Trivitron. 2.Contracts Management Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs. Ensure expiry of contracts is well-monitored and re-procurement is initiated if needed Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the organization. 3.Facility Management Facility control & management on day to day basis. 4.Health & Safety Management Ensure the provision of a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards 5.Travel/ Event Management: Travel Management Support ( Air/Train/Taxi / Hotel /Guest House booking ) in Region. Event Management Support, manages Quarterly / Annual Department Reviews events at location identification and arrangements with in budgets. 6.Capex & Opex control and monitoring on monthly basis.
