Position : Manager - Administration
Company : A leading paints manufacturing company
Location : Santacruz, Mumbai
Manage all the facilities in the Head Office in terms of maintenance, upkeep, security, safety, driving processes and ensuring best practices
Drive the projects for enhancement of the infrastructure at the Head Office under guidance from the leadership
Manage all the company owned assets in the city in terms of upkeep, maintenance, administration
Design, drive and manage all the services offered centrally like Transfer Desk, Attendance, Hotel tie ups, company leased cars and Accommodations
Coordinate with agencies to support employees in their well-being in terms of being healthy and productive at workplace
Agree on SLAs for each service with customers and sign off with Superior
Develop a review mechanism and conduct reviews accordingly at defined frequency
Identify gaps against agreed SLAs based on the review and take corrective actions to avoid dissatisfaction amongst customers
Review issues in complying with SLAs and guide subordinates to implement improvement projects/Kaizens to address them
Implement Admin best practices
Benchmark admin policies across industry and identify best practices that can be implemented in the context of the organization.
Conceptualize and propose changes in current admin policies or propose new policies; develop detailed plan keeping in view customer requirements, cost, impact etc.
Benchmark spends for facility upkeep across industry and identify opportunities to optimize spends
Provide a platform to all customers to raise concerns regarding admin services
Analyze concerns and put CAPA in place to ensure no non-recurrence of issues
Act as a SPOC for top management (M3 and above)to address their needs of accommodation, vehicle etc.
Liasoning with statutory authorities
Develop cordial relationships with statutory authorities
Track and understand various statutory requirements applicable to the organization
Represent organization in case of any notices/show causes issued by statutory authorities and ensure closure of the same without any adverse impact on organization
Drive the teams engagement and performance. Ensure a development plan and challenge in work areas for every individual subordinates and ensure support is provided to achieve same
Hold informal discussions on frequent basis with subordinates and ensure necessary support is provided in terms of development or addressing their concerns
Graduate in commerce OR Graduation in any stream but some certification courses done in Finance and Account Management
Experience: 7-8 years of experience in relevant field of administration in any industry.
Experience in field of administration from service industry is desired
Commercials- Accounting/Budgeting, Knowledge in the area of transportation, real business, hotels, medical facilities etc.

He/She should be energetic, should be able to interact with top management of the company and handle their queries well.
