Job Description

The jobholder will be responsible for overall administrative activities of the office. He will also ensure to provide 24x7 secure, safe and conducive working atmospheres to all the employees and will ensure zero down time of the facility.

Key responsibilities will be,

* Daily operations of the office.
* Keeping track of the office utilities.
* Coordinating with vendors.
* Keeping accounts, book keeping, office logs.
* Keeping log for office expenditure.
* Generating invoices.
* Coordinating with CAs.
* Co-ordinate with Vendors/ ISP for any arising technical issues in office.
* Ensure smooth functioning of desktop/ laptop computers, & various accessories.
* IT Inventory Management.
