Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory
Hands on experience in Windows & Unix servers.
Experience of Active Directory support, including knowledge of utilities, methods. Hands on proactive monitoring, setting up Alerts and reporting Active Directory health and services.
Expertise in debugging issues, tracking audits logs, find faults in replication, performance issues in Active Directory.
Aware of incident management tools.
Good analytical thinking and sharp problem solving skills.
Can work co-operatively with others to achieve team goals.
Understand requirements from the Design team and implement the solutions.
Work with delivery management and application team to plan the delivery. Highlight to local management if issues/challenges in achieving the committed date.
Contribute to platform build/patching activity.
Provide 24/7 support and be willing to work in UK shift and then be in ON-CALL for rest of the day/night.
Work on incidents/Service Requests to provide/fix solution within the agreed SLA. Update RCA in tickets and provide details to relevant teams doing post-fix analysis.
