Job Description

Requirement:
Qualification : B.Com base is mandate
Experience: Minimum 6 years in AR-O2C process
Should have minimum 2 Onsite Transition experience
Handle both Internal and External Audit, Support in transfer price audit, respond to queries raised by statutory auditors, close identified non- compliances IN ORDER TO ensure compliance with policies and procedures including SOX
Execute new / improved processes as per guidelines IN ORDER TO ensure uniformity of processes and improved productivity.
Provide monthly operation data to Financial shared services IN ORDER to ensure correct accounting & reporting of business performance.
Monitor SG&A and Warranty budgets versus actuals IN ORDER TO ensure adherence to targets & provide variance reports on expenditure w.r.t budget with proper analysis of the same
Provide finance, accounting inputs for IT systems such as SAP FM, DMS, LMS IN ORDER to ensure correct and efficient operating system, MIS.
