Accounting function within the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance
of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to
mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported
results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
Lead all audits within the organisation including but not limited to Statutory, Tax, VAT, compliance, due
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment. Ensure that
sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company's borrowings, as well as on
its foreign exchange positions. Maintain banking relationships
Manage the preparation of the company's budget. Report to management on variances from the established
budget, and the reasons for those variances
5. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
6. Provide a detailed report, analysis and perspective on the finance, compliance and legal aspects of all business
and legal agreements entered into by the company to ensure successful contract management.
Ensure due compliance of Company & other Laws, including company law related rules, regulations and
compliances with respect to the vertical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Work Experience with BIG 4s for a minimum of 2 years.
Minimum Work Experience in Industry - 3 years
