Job Description

- Report directly to Online Marketing Manager daily for feedback and update on all accounts.

- Develops strong professional relationship with the clients on an on-going basis.

- Leads and manages all client projects reporting to the manager.

- Communicate effectively with other team members and management.

- Manages client relationship ensuring client satisfaction by conceiving, planning, designing and executing innovative solutions to client issues.

- Develops a solid understanding of the client's business/industry and how key strategic issues impact client objectives

- Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to the account executive

- Ensures client retention.

- Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all account executive communications, including calls, emails and faxes.

- Quality control all deliverables to ensure consistency and agency standards met.

- Checks and approves content, creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinates client approval of same.

- Coordinates project timing and budgets. Ensuring deliverables to clients are completed on time and on budget.

- Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely. Manages marketing program budgets and produces monthly status reports to review internally, and with the client.
