You will lead sales for a defined set of Key accounts and also identify new business opportunities. - You will represent the organisation, engage with the Client's Leadership Team and provide Solutions and services offered by the organisation. - You will have to develop and implement sales strategies and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth in all service lines. - Responsible for the entire Sales and Revenue for the defined region or accounts. - Engaging with prospects for new sales opportunities - Hunter approach - open new accounts across industry verticals. - Should be open to contribute as an IC for Large accounts or as a Team Lead managing a set of Account Executives depending on the requirement and region. - Building effective sales strategy & Implementation for the region. - Building continuous pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners and key clients - Design, demonstrate & develop strategies for converting prospective pipeline into business - Demonstrating an effective Go-to-market strategy to reach customers and achieve competitive advantage with existing as well as new verticals - Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth deliveries of client services - Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Leadership Team - Managing the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information - Establishing and monitoring performance reporting systems - Develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals - Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients to ensure greater customer connect and delivery of service. - Ensuring adherence to people related policies/ procedures, maintaining integrity, discipline and confidentiality - Adherence to ISMS Policy & Quality Management System of the organization Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience: 1. Graduate and MBA from an institute of repute with at least 8 years of work experience in IT/ Non-IT staffing business development/account management in the Indian market. 2. Should have 'Solution Sales' approach and handled B2B Sales Nationally across industry verticals. 3. Should have built professional relationships at the CXO levels in Client Organisations. 4. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them 5. Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi tasking, and self motivated. 6. Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets. 7. Expert level technical recruitment skills. 8. Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude. 9. Power user MSOffice and related products.
