P & L Responsibility and accountability for site/s allotted
o Getting the Cost sheet and Agreement in place for all the sites.
o Minimum wages approval as per latest wages notification
o Ensuring the monthly invoices are processed by preparing bills.
o Payment collection follow up
Responsible for the smooth on-site operations through the team at site
o Understanding the contract and Scope of Work Technical/Soft Services and Allied
o Compliance audits, QAP audits
o Interaction in Team Bonding
o Involvement right from recruitment of right staff for the right role
o Major role in training immediate team during induction
o Training and guiding the team on developmental activities
Process Orientation and ensuring the implementation
o Share Incidents reports, Presenting MMR, Sharing appreciation mails & DSR
o Prepared guidelines with timelines for Site Managers to share the compliance documents.
o Address such gaps whenever interact with them in person, on phone/ mails.
o Monthly meeting with clients
o MMR and SLA review
o Design and implement standard preventive maintenance checklists.
o Carry out due diligence checks on a regular basis.
o Advise the Site Manager/team on implementing various cost effective measures.
o Ensure compliance of all requirements under the Contract Labour Act.
Highlighting manpower requirement to HR
