Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives.

Over 10 years of proven experience in Sales with 5 years of experience in leading the Sales team independently
Minimum 4 years experience in selling SAAS based product
Relevant experience in HRO Market with demonstrated sales management success in goal achievement and a vision of future sales, marketing will be a plus
Should be well connected and networked in the HRO Industry.
Must be able to use thin sales team effectively in successfully executing against these plans.
Working closely with the management team, this individual will serve as an important spokesperson in advancing PeopleStrongs image and reputation with strategic customers.
