We are hiring for AVP Internal Communication role with a top MNC in Investment banking space. Job is located in Mumbai.
Candidate will be responsible for :
Deliver and execute communication strategy to support the technology and operations hubs in Mumbai
Lead the delivery of a consistent brand and messaging strategy through impactful, innovative and engaging programs, channels and initiatives.
Work with the Content and Channels team to create customized but aligned communication interventions to support the technology and operations roadmap
Manage and support the execution of high priority leadership and large scale employee events across locations in India
Manage and leverage vendor relationships to build-once and deploy across locations.
Develop and execute a robust communications plan that keeps employees informed on firmwide and GSC news/events, planned office builds and refurbishments, employee development programs, and community service efforts
Work with the content and channels leader to identify and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of media and channels
Supports the execution of campaigns with effective air traffic control and governance
Bring innovation to communications through the various channels
Build and engage a strong delivery network across locations to implement communication initiatives and source stories from the ground.
Work closely with global communication colleagues to share best practices and align understanding of the business and functional mandate.
Desired Skill Sets -
Work Experience (8-10 years), with at least four years hands-on experience in an internal communications / event management role.
ITeS/BPO/KPO preferred though not mandatory
Strong written, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences, internal teams and stakeholders while presenting complex ideas clearly and in an engaging manner
Ability to execute a complex plan in a matrixed environment
