Job Description

AVP - Customer Relationship Manager - HNI/UHNI - BFS You are the ultimate face of the business & ultimate point of contact with the client. - You are responsible for acquiring (HNI) high net worth relationships and managing & retaining such relationships by delivering the best standards of services. - Plan/develop strategy to expand portfolio & ensure retention of profitable clients - Present full package of Personal Financial Services, match client needs & sell value of the priority program & ask for the business - Maintain Client Portfolio of minimum 150-200 clients whose relationships are among the most profitable & complex in the program. - Maintaining client relationships and generating AUM from preferred clients. - Advising HNI/Ultra HNI clients on their Investments, managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients - Tracking the HNI/Ultra HNI segment in the market for new client acquisition. - To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they suit the client's portfolio. - Coordinating with the product and research team for better customizing their advice as per client requirements - Analyze applicants- financial status, credit & property evaluation to determine the feasibility of granting loans. - Educate Customers on the variety of loan product & available Credit Options. - You would be expected to establish strong ties with the clientele by designing & implementing their financial plans; thereby ensuring that they end up making profitable investment decisions. Qualification And Experience: 1. An MBA (finance or marketing) with 10+ years of relevant work experience in the banking or finance industry 2. Ability to develop trust and confidence in clients 3. Showing a stable career progression 4. Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take active interest in their financial well being 5. A thorough know how of financial markets, their behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to the market Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression 6. Excellent interpersonal skills 7. Good Analytical Skills 8. General Competencies: Positive attitude and perseverance Result oriented and self-driven.
