Acts as the single point of contact for the client and the appropriate LOBs from solution planning to sizing/estimating for resources fulfillment. Be able to influence resourcing decision by gathering and reviewing demand information, working with LOB to determine if standard Skills Center offering will work or if custom solution is necessary, and recommending the best option to the customer. Ensures service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions.
Prior experience in developing Vendor relationships and communicating vendor performance metrics/dashboards and relationship improvement opportunities
Primarily focused on the functional business areas that encompasses an Operations, technology and Emerging services.
