Job Description

Heading the prestigious business with a team of senior managers. Work with multi functional team of planners, account management, creatives. Help increase agency servicing standards through people capabilities and processes. Ensure client businesses grow through sound strategic and creative ideas. Create and execute best in market strategy and ideas. Inspire and maintain confidence of clients as the best partner for delivering business success through periodic reviews and measurement. People development - conduct workshops, organise training programs, help develop team’s skills to take on greater responsibilities. Will report to the head of the office.
MBA from leading Business School, with overall experience of 11-15 years, of which at least 5 must be in large ad networks, with deep exposure to MNC clients in the FMCG space ( food/ personal products such as cosmetics, hair and body care, oral care). Strong business and profitability focus. Demonstrated record of developing successful strategies. Could have a mix of agency and client side experience. Confident, composed and mature – with a keen desire to win.
