Job Description

AUM Manager (Senior Manager & Above Grades)
o Acquisition & managing High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth customers
o Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements
o Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. This includes comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation and accordingly advising clients on investment products and services like Mutual Funds, Insurance or PMS etc.
o Ensure highest levels of customer service to these HNI customers
o Monitor and address HNI client’s investment requirements
o Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for the enhanced experience; thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long term investment goals
o Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness
o Achievement of monthly sales and income targets set across all products
o Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio
o Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer
o Ensuring need-based product approach towards clients and regular reporting of product penetration
o Reaching out to all mapped clients on a periodic basis and cross-selling as many products as possible (as per the demographic, lifestyle and risk profiling)

Qualification And Experience:
1. Post Graduate with Minimum Experience of 5+ years in Stock Market/BFSI
2. Ability to manage relationships to improve the relationship value of existing customers
3. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues
4. Passion as well as Acumen for Finance and Financial Products
5. Good Understanding of the Macroeconomic environment and its impact on the various investment products/strategies
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
7. Ability to provide seamless and superior service.
