Looking For Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition (BFSI) LOCATION : Bangalore Experience : 3 to 6 Years TALENT ACQUISITION/RECRUITMENT- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, hiring, screening, interviews. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) Having Experience in Lateral Hiring and MID Management Hiring Sourcing of candidates through Vendors, Job Portals, and Employee referrals, Social Networking etc. (Job Posting, mass mailing & head hunting). Implementing Full Recruitment Cycle right from research to recruiting involving Understanding business needs, preparation of JD, budgeting, market mapping, research, sourcing and identifying candidate.Arranging kick of calls with Hiring managers to kick-start the initial recruitment process followed by screening, sourcing, and coordination with candidates.Responsible for generating reports /dashboards such as daily, monthly recruitment reports showing hiring efficiency, conversions, challenges and achievement.
