Job Description - Exp: 1 -5 years; Mobile/ DTH/ Broadband Activations & Subscription Services. Appointment of distributors for increasing activation sale of categories decided by Management from time to time. Ensuring penetration of tertiary activations across channel partners. Building recharge traction in the market through activation channel partners. Managing transacting retailers by giving them incentives, redressing their grievances and increasing their number by converting non transacting retailers to non -transacting retailers. Sale and digital campaigns to push sale of activations. Monthly sale schemes to build sale numbers. Keep track of competition environment and market conditions and report to management. Training distributors, retailers, FOS etc. Ensuring distributor and retailer expansion as per target plan shared by Management Skills Managing transacting retailers , Sales Management , tertiary activations , channel partners.
