Job Description

- To implement the defined objectives of the organization in terms of Tractors Sales & Product Support for the defined period in the state

- Sales forecasting and market development through local promotional campaigns providing feedback to the H.O. on market position.

- Tracking & compiling data for monthly reports on Sales figures, Stocks position etc.

- Establishing & Maintaining close business contact with Institutional buyers / Govt. agencies & individual customers & work towards building long term relations.

- To achieve the targeted volumes through Dealer network.

- To ensure Prompt Product Support to the Dealers as & when required. To also conduct Service Camps as per Company Policy to ensure total customer satisfaction.

- Assisting dealers in appointing of business associates / Sales agents in important pockets.

KRAs

- Accountable for the targeted business volume and market share from the state.

- Forecasting sales (both in terms of volume and models required) so as to match supply as per demand on a three month rolling plan

- Ensuring proper and required dealer network in the area in terms of macro and micro coverage.

- Monitoring and controlling the dealer funding for the smooth business operations.

- Developing relationships with financial institutions (Bankers) to improve the company's share in their tractor financing and arrange funds for the dealers through various banks for achieving the target.

- Training, coaching and appointment of Area Managers/Territory Executives/Managers and Field officers,

- Planning and execution of various ATL and BTL activities as per the market requirement for the demand generation and conversion.

- Product positioning as per the market.

- Periodic review of the dealers, Area Manager and Executives and ensuring that the corrective action is taken so that the targets are achieved.
