Conduct learning analysis through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or other key stakeholders.
Create, develop and maintain course materials , facilitator guides, instructor manuals, learner guides, hand-outs, reference materials and other materials and/or utilize purchased training programs that meet identified learning goals.
End to end coordination for all the training programs being held for the location.
Responsible for Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of training through questionnaires, surveys and discussions with managers.
Excellent communication skills.
Must have experience in Corporate Trainings for behavioral, soft skill domain.
