Job Description

• Guide key builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, on the branding & company positioning, etc
•Do Presentations and educate them on Company products.
• To Work builder about complete product details of each vertical, customer care services we offer & explain how does it benefit first him & then his customers
• To have complete details of projecst / site being
• To derive the needs of key builders and propose them few options within their budgets
• To get specified Quantity and help in Mock presentations at the initial stages of the key projects
• To offer a competitive price and work closely with key builders
• To introduce and promote new products launched by the company
• To identify the key projects through various sources and do adequate promotion of new products of the company
• To educate key decision makers of identified key projects on new products, their features & unique selling points.
• To get key builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team to Showrooms & Display centres
• To be prompt & Quick for specific queries services, assistance if needed by the key builders from the company
• To do more than 150 productive meetings every month with external customers.
