OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE To assist the client on all HR operational matters and work closely with the Head of HR on implementation of strategic HR issues
? Understanding the requirement and filing of internal position.
? Conducting Interview and selecting the right candidate for the right job.
? Develop and Implement recruitment policy and selection procedures.
? Prepare Manpower Plan and budget for the organization.
? Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
? Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits.
? Preparing Offer letters, Appointment letters and Compensation fitment.
? Preparing Service certificates, Relieving letters.
? Attendance, Leave management and salary inputs.
? Calculating leaves & maintaining Leave records
? Separation procedures and final settlements.
? Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks/maintains data.
? Developing an employee database, and Employee information including personal files.
? Maintaining HRIS on a periodic basis.
? Organization structure and periodic up-dation.
? Updating Levels & Grades as per their designation and seniority
? Master trackers.
? Updating HR Maturity tracker.
? Strategic Drivers.
? Program trackers.
? Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and agenda across the departments.
? Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
? Employee Grievance Handling
Performance management system
? Assist in implementing the Annual appraisal
? Appraisal training to employees
? Appraisal discussion, review and execution of the process
