Job Description :
# The HRBP will act as business partner to a particular Service line in Bangalore which has around 500 employees.
# Responsible for mobilizing talent priorities & assist in delivery of all key talent strategies and processes, identify & deliver new initiatives.
# Build relationship and work very closely with the stakeholders at Bangalore Location.
# Assist in managing performance and employment relations issues, in line with the Firm's Values, in order to ensure risk minimization to the Firm.
# Provision of advice to Line Managers regarding the management of staff performance, leadership issues, workplace health and safety and general policy
Desired Candidate Profile :
# HR Professional with 6-9 years Stable experience in MNC Companies from the Services Sector.
# Regular MBA preferred
# The incumbent should have an extensive HRBP experience and should be able to work closely with Stakeholders
