Job Purpose:-
To assist in Budgeting & Planning process, Monthly MIS & reporting, Metal Accounting and carry out adhoc analysis for various functions in Clean Air India.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES:-

To assist in Budgeting & Forecasting process, Business Plans and Special projects
• To provide comprehensive & detailed financial analysis and reports on periodic basis
• To leads cost improvement and process improvement projects
• To Independently handle Metal Accounting, reconciliation and reporting
• To design and maintain reporting dashboards and Financial Modelling

Socpe:-

• Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines
• Preparation of monthly financial Forecast and explanation of key business drivers
• Monthly Reconciliation and reporting of Metal and Accrual
• Review & Analyse Customer pricing and discuss with Commercial team on periodic basis
• Preparation of various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely
adherence to deadlines
• Monthly variance reporting and reporting of any issues, risks & opportunities, Flash reporting
(pre-month end estimate of expenses)
• Preparation of monthly Management packs, Review decks & getting into discussions with
Finance Management
• Preparation of Annual budget and Business plan within the defined timeliness and collaborate
with other functions
• Lead cost saving projects and process improvement projects by collaboration with other
functions
• Develop Financial modelling and Templates for smooth business operations & activities
• To undertake various financial improvement projects alongwith peers at other sites and regional
office in JM group
• Other ad-hoc work assigned by FC and Reporting Manager


QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE:-

Chartered Accountant [CA]
• 4-8 years relevant post-qualification experience in a reputed multi-national organisation
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial management principles
• Working knowledge of SAP
• High degree of proficiency in MS-Office.
