o Minimum of 8 years sales or account management experience corporate segment in India & South Asia, with a consistent track record of revenue growth.
o Minimum 5 years of B2B experience is required.
o Selling skills (identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling).
o Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
o Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency.
o Problem solving - ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs.
o Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
o Ability to collaborate with account team.
o Experience in working under pressure and with minimum supervision.
o A good team player / self-motivated.
o A customer driven approach and good territory/customer management skills.
o Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment.
