AGM / Sr. Manager – Human Resources (BPO)
o Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy
o Designing organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per business plan
o Building employer branding attracting great talent and controlling attrition Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring
o Conceptualizing driving Employee Engagement Work closely with all functions business units to address employee issues proactively
o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics & procedures across the organization
o Managing the recruitment and selection process
o Oversee and manage goal setting process to drives high performance
o Oversee and manage performance appraisal system with quarterly & annual employee performance reviews
o Nurture a positive working environment
o Maintain pay plan and benefits program
o Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
o Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics & Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Qualification And Experience:
1. HR Generalist/ Management background with 14-18 years of experience within a BPO Industry only.
2. Seeks to continuously improve performance, agile and adaptable
3. Mature and balanced in temperament
4. Able to build relationships at all levels
5. High collaborative working style while able to work independently
6. Strong coaching, strategic consulting, facilitation and problem solving skills
7. Effective analytical skills with the ability to identify needs and issues and work with HR in developing programs to drive business performance
8. Excellent business acumen
