Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate Profile and Experience CAs or MBAs (Full-time 2 years) with: - 6-12 years experience in Credit Card/Business Loan (preferably with underwriting background) of which min 4 years in Portfolio Risk Management - Worked with leading NBFCs or Banks - Good understanding of Portfolio Analytics & Risk Levers. Drive Policy Changes & Monitor its implementation - Should have led projects on Scorecard/Risk Model development with Analytics team - Good Communication & Presentation Skills - Should demonstrate, drive, ownership, task focus & qualities of team leadership Skills and Competencies Self-starter: - Initiative and enthusiasm - Highly numbers oriented - Awareness of enablers like Analytics, Digital, Technology as to how they are reshaping the retail lending business and customer acquisition - Capable of driving projects/initiatives crucial for Risk and Policy (Scorecards, Predictive models etc.) - Good communication and presentation skills - Digital savvy and should have a working knowledge of MS office
