Responsibilities include: Annual marketing plan for the brands managed. Development of long and short-term plans for products and co-ordinate with internal and external agencies. Implementation of Brand/Marketing strategies for existing and new products. Organise, allocate and send promotional inputs to the field force as per the plans. Update market information on competitors' activity and their promotional strategies. Joint working with the field force in the field. Briefing the field force on promotional strategies at cycle meetings. Conduct training to the field force.
