Responsible for monitoring & tracking of attendance from the badge readers / cross verifying the same with the actual head count provided & provides inputs to
Payroll on Monthly basis in time. Responsible for documentating / maintaining various Satututory compliance specified under statues.
Responsbile for monitoring / verifying the Contractor workmen attendance and certify the bills in time.
Redress the issues on Welfare aspects , like issue of Uniform, shoes, and on Canteen aspects.
Responsible for preparing draft weekly reports / submission of MIS on Head count
Implement Statutory compliance across the unit and monitor the same on weekly / Monthly basis.
Maintain harmonious relationship with the Union & negotiate with them for effective progress of the Business.
Be a catalyst in promoting various TEI initiatives across the units
