Job Description

HR head shall be responsible for planning, execution and delivery of all HR operations of the Group companies The position is responsible to ensure successful implementation of structured HR programs in the company.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop the human resource strategy for each individual company in line with their respective business plans.

- Should be able to manage process of goal setting and its deployment to all levels including CEO.

- Designs and agree with all other departments various SLAs and deliverables of HR (L&D, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) and ensure its timely implementation.

- To develop and implement the use of various HR metrics and analytics for HRIS for management and other departments including manpower planning, HR budget etc.

- Ensures to review and maintain policies and procedures as per group norms and ensuring strict adherence to the corporate policies.

- Develop Talent development programs in consultation with respective CEO's /Group Head for Identifying High potential and creating career plans.

- Design and development of leadership development programs and succession planning initiatives.

- Pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with managers to formulate and implement solutions.

- Evolve and continually develop the use of IT in managing employee date including successful implementation of ESS /HRIS System.

- Plan and improvise on Performance Management System and rewards, and develop Performance improvement plans.

- Should be able to plan and evolve various employee engagement initiatives and motivation plans.

- Suggest and participate in various employer branding initiatives including campus hirings, employer forums, job fairs etc.

- Oversee maintenance of cordial Employee Relations (IR)

- Ensure timely and efficient payroll /Salary and wage administration for all the group companies whose payroll is run from the base location.

- Responsible that the companies are compliant to all latest statutory norms

- Developing and coaching the Unit HR & ADMIN Team

- Availability of manpower vis a vis planned no's and budgets.

- Forerunner for all new initiatives involving change management

- Optimum people performance and productivity parameters.

- People and process Cost controls

- Internal and External HR audits.

- All hiring decisions in line with business requirements.

- All employer branding initiatives and their timelines

- Employee grievance/disciplinary issues.

- Flag any issues that can have critical impact on people process to Group Head of HR/respective CEOs for decision making.
