Running four CSR projects

Responsible for prompt resolution of day to day employee & rescues grievances & Plant / Factory issues.
To assist in studying / analyzing / implementation of various statutory / non-statutory welfare schemes provided for the well-being of employees and improve the welfare, health, safety and working conditions of the wage board, contract and regular employees and maintaining the cordial relations among them for the quality of work life and morale of the employees.
Establish close relation with union leaders-External/Internal.
Responsible for Industrial Relations Development in the organization.
Should have good exposure conciliation & disciplinary matters etc.
Control of all contract Labour & outsourced Manpower & Monitoring contract labor.
Responsible for all statutory compliances under various labour administrative laws.
Management of Time Office & Maintenance of attendance & Leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees.
Maintaining Liaison with local & state level labour department, Pollution Control Board, Local Police Station /S.P. Office & other government Agencies.
Proficient in handling large workforces, maintaining amicable & Peaceful relations with workers trade union & management through introduction & administration of participative schemes & Practices.
Employee Welfare i.e. Canteen, Get- Together, Picnics, Sports etc.
Should possess vast knowledge in statutory compliance & Labor Laws.
Wage Management at site level & Legal compliance.
Liaising with Govt. bodies for approval, etc.

Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers.
Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

Labour Welfare / Statutory Compliance
Handling all statutory compliances under various Labour Laws like Factories Act, 198, ESI Act, EPF & Misc. Act, etc.
Maintaining all registers as per Factories Act Rules; involved in developing Manpower Contractors to provide contract labour as per the Companys requirement

Human Resource Management

Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
Contribute to manpower planning, recruitment, selection and performance management (including performance evaluation and appraisal) for all employees in the organization.

IT Skills
SAP (HR), Kiosk, E-portal, E-Knowledge management, E-HR modules and Visual Basic
Good appreciation of ERP and training software

Quality Management Systems
Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six sigma,
