Position Focus: Planning, Implementing and directing the sales activities in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

Education Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing from reputed institute

Experience: 12 18 Yrs. of experience in Healthcare IT Product Sales
Job Responsibilities:

Sound experience in selling Healthcare IT Product.
Lead & excel the business volume from zero to agreed numbers.
Monitor & control collection process.
Launch, manage and handle the Business Partner Alliance / Channel network for the Company.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the companys customer base.
Top and bottom line business improvement plans.
Team Management & team effectiveness.

Candidate Competency Profile:
Knowledge of healthcare domain would be an added advantage.
Ability to set and manage priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
Experienced at managing and delivering on time with multiple concurrent priorities.
Skilled and creative business development manager with understanding of sales and channel dynamics.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.
Applies expert knowledge and understanding of all business development activities
