Motivating and strategizing BMs for completion of their monthly targets
To undertake Sales managers and Branch managers monthly review to set performance target and to support sales growth capacity in sink with Zonal Business Strategy.
Develop sales plans & strategies to utilize sources available to increase revenue.
Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
Monitor competition within assigned region.
Work with team of Branch managers and
TM will be reporting to Sr. Area manager.
