Job Summary :-
One has to troubleshoot probl;ems of the following queries of the clients. It is a inbound process. Incoming calls would be coming up.
One has to know how to close calls.
1) Should have Good Communication Skills over English. Must be Fluent.
2) Should have prior experience in Tech Support. Should have knowledge in Closing Calls. (Must be a Closure).
3) Shift Timing – 10 p.m. in the night to 8 a.m. in the morning.( 1 Hour Break
4) Age Criteria – 18 years to 30 years
5) Education Qualification
– Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply.
6) Salary :- 12,000/- to 26,000/- ( Fixed Salary) + Incentives .
1) Salary on 1st of every month.
2) Paid Birthday Leaves + Double paid on birthday’s if you work.
3) 24 leaves in a year + 15 Comp off Leaves.
4) No extension of shift.
5) 1 Roaster off in a week + Rotational Shift.
