Job Description

Designation – Technical Sales Associate
Summary of Job Responsibility:-
Needs to attend calls which will be related to customers issues on the computer, laptops of Windows and Mac devices . Needs to troubleshoot issues which is related to issues like pop up calls / Error codes/ Black Screen/ Lost Contacts / Issues on I-tunes like I-phone disable connect to I-tunes , Activation lock issues, Contact lost in I- phone , Cannot access I-Cloud Account etc.
Required Categories:-
English Must
Needs to know how to close their own calls
Computer basics required
Need to be communicative and fluent in English.
Convincing skills required in this profile.
Knows other languages like German Polish French Dutch and Spanish who has got experience.
Should be flexible in rotational shifts and process.

Terms of Benefits:-
Salary upto 25000
Fixed salary
Salary credited on 1st of every month
Attractive Incentives/ Leaves/ B’day Leave is given
6 days work and 1 fixed roaster off
Night Shift – 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
