General overview of the role:
Responsible for managing a set of Named accounts or a specific region to drive Sales, Customer management & succeed with your revenue objectives for the year.
Job responsibilities and duties
Manage Named/Key Accounts or a defined territory/region
Customer Management, Pricing Negotiations
Account Planning & Go to market (GTM)
Work through the teams within the Organization
Partner Engagement & align with Partner GTM
Good Knowledge on AIDC products (barcodes, scanners, RFID Printers, Mobile computers etc), functionality, use case.
Have a fair understanding/knowledge on the competition in the region. Creating attack plans/activities plans against Competition for each quarter for the territory to acquire target accounts to build reasonable pipeline.
Knowledge of system integrators & Regional Partners will be desirable
Experience in handling large complex sales, pricing, and negotiations for Key Accounts.
Ability to articulate the products and their fitment to various solutions envisaged by Enterprises.
12 to 15 years successful sales experience & proven track of driving business for AIDC solutions, IT /IT enabled solutions in assigned region or accounts within North/ Mumbai/Pune
Knowledge of IT system like ERP, CRM, SFA, WMS etc., POS solutions etc.
Good Client Relationship Management & strong personal skills
Should be a Hunter (Go Getter), attitude to learn & to develop strong pipeline, be patient with long Sales Cycle.
Proven Account Management experience in handling large enterprise accounts from start to finish
Proven experience & strong skills in building relations with CXO/ senior management in enterprises
Willing to relocate
Good communication and presentation skills
