Job Description

- Engage with the Existing Customer and Augment the Existing Customer Base

- Build and sustain strong relationships with the senior business leaders / Clients across Pan India

- Overall responsible for delivery and P&L of strategic account projects

- Engage with existing Customers and related stakeholders at the Customer's Organization to influence enhancing the Wallet-Share of Business with existing customers

- Provide Sales Leadership and develop the Sales Organization as an effective and efficient Revenue Generating Mechanism

- Effectively Partner with Internal Teams in Development, Support, Operations to ensure seamless interface with Customer Organizations

- Work closely with Top Management on Sales Objectives and Develop Product Sales Strategies

- Monitor Competitor Activities and possible disruptive methods adopted by Customers to address their Business challenges.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
1. Graduate/PG with 12+ years IT experience of managing large accounts especially with multi-million dollar revenue projects
2. Experience with managing development of client-facing
3. Negotiation, difficult conversation management and prioritization skills
4. Promotes teamwork and builds strong relationships within and across global teams
5. Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality, testability and reliability
6. Experience with managing a mixed team of employees and vendor team members
7. Proven capabilities in engaging with C-Level decision-makers in Customer Organizations
8. A good eye for detail is necessary, along with the ability to maintain that attention to detail under pressure
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
10. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in oral and written form
