Single point of contact for the Pharmacovigilance engagement.
Providing status and metrics reports.
Monitoring and managing future plans, resources, & schedules.
Managing Cognizant review and execution Task Orders, Change Orders and other contractual documents.
Responsible for the overall quality of deliverables and SLA adherence for the project.
Assist Org Group Leads and Team Leads in issue resolutions.
Oversight management of team leads and group leads to provide relevant inputs to appropriate stake holders as required.
Manage contingencies and resolve issues.
Study Planning and Control.
Ensure training and audit compliance.
Participate in audits.
Plan and implement continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Org and Client SOPs.
Act as the point of escalation for Project, Technology and Delivery related issues.
Review critical deliveries and support ad-hoc requests on need basis.
Monitor the progress and bring any Project issues to be escalated to the attention of senior management.
