Triage,liason with the users, coordinate with other teams and resolve help desk Incidents falling under Siebel CRM and related Technologies
Proven experience in triaging production issues, monitoring production systems, and On Call procedures and after hours support.
Work on Problem incidents with configuration, development and code fixes and migrate changes to admin team following release procedures.
Proven experience in assessment and resolution of all incoming Siebel production Issues and escalating to the appropriate teams when applicable.
Resolve application defects.
Very strong interpersonal skills able to work at all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with customers and various businesses and Information Technology teams to effectively address and resolve day to day issues.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to determine and document root cause of issues through partnership with the development teams.
Requires the ability to come up with creative technical solutions while applying Siebel best practices and working within coding standards.
Ability to work under aggressive deadlines, meet project commitments and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
Required/ Must to have qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of work experience with Siebel CRM.
At least 2-3 years of current work experience supporting Siebel CRM end users
Must have extensive experience in supporting Siebel application 8.0 or higher.
Highly proficient with Siebel Tools and Config skills (Applets, Views, Business Components, Links/ Joins, MVGs etc.).
Strong Hands on in Siebel Business Services and workflows.
Strong Hand on in Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM).
Good working knowledge on Assignment Manager.
Strong hands on in Siebel EAI and Deep knowledge in Siebel Integration Objects like VBC,EBC,EAI Siebel Adaptor, Workflows, Web Services,EAI HTTP Transport, etc.,.
Strong knowledge on Seebeyond, Message Broker and other middleware technologies experience interacting with Siebel.
Strong Hands on in SQL and PL/ SQL procedures skills
Strong Hands on in Unix Shell Scripts.
Knowledge Siebel OpenUI and version 220.127.116.11 and above is always a plus.
Knowledge on Siebel UCM and Data Quality Tools is a plus.
