Supporting Global clients and end Users Resolving Technical ( Trouble shooting, Sharing Access, Raising Technical Tickets) /Non Technical(Banking/Insurance Claims, Documentation) / Insurance/ Product/Service related issues through emails/chats/calls.
Shifts: 24/7 working environment, Flexible to work Rotational Shifts
2 weekly offs with 5 days of working.
