Job Description

The role holder is responsible for creating and enhancing brand awareness of the Company as well as increase the market penetration to facilitate growth in business volumes. The role holder is responsible for creating awareness through digital media and hence achieve the super ordinate goal of generating and enhancing business volumes for the Company

The role holder will work closely with the Marketing team and will assist the Head - Marketing to develop, implement and regularly evaluate the online marketing/ visibility strategy

Main Priorities:
Planning, implementation and monitoring of the online marketing/ visibility strategy
Support brand and product visibility through display campaigns
Implement and monitor social media strategy
Lead the agency /publisher relationship
Own the traffic targets for the website
Monitor implementation of SEO and lead capture funnels
Generate insights/ opportunities basis mining of online MIS, researches and trends in the online marketing space
Monitor competitive activity and optimize plans accordingly
Key Performance Indicators:
Increased business volumes through the Online channel while achieving optimum cost effectiveness
Differentiated products in the market
Brand awareness and recall
Number of leads generated and conversion rate
Cost per conversion
Effectiveness of marketing research information
Skills/ Knowledge:
Planning, implementation and measurement of display campaigns
Leading social media strategy and its execution, including understanding of the landscape and its evolution
Strong understanding of Search (Google) and the opportunity and interplay between SEO and SEM to maximize traffic
Lead/ Acquisition based campaigns run online, especially in the financial category
The candidate should have about 6 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in the online space, prior experience in digital agencies as well as a strong understanding of brands/ communication will be preferred.
Candidates managing Search and display in Ecommerce setups will be preferred
