As a Recruitment consultant your responsibilities would include:
Maintaining a healthy portfolio of candidates and clients.
Pitch business to new clients, understand their business needs and most importantly maintaining a healthy relationship and knowledge of product which is the candidate market.
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Group's commercial performance.
The Successful Applicant
If you are an individual who is looking to build something extraordinary and have a good drive and self motivation which is bordering on entrepreneurial; this is the place for you.
You chart out your own path and you want to manage P&L quickly with your own team.
Ideally you have a B.Tech and an MBA/Post graduate degree with 1- 4 years of work experience in a client facing role in Analytics/ Technology Sales.
You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.
You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed.
