Job Description

Tech Support Process – Incoming calls of the clients would be coming up to you. One need to attend the call through the port dialer. Troubleshooting problems regarding issues arising in windows and mac computers.
It’s a Inbound Process. It’s a sales process. Technician profile will not be accepted.
6 months of experience in Tech Support Process is mandatory.
One should know how to close his/her own calls.
One shall be flexible in Night Shift .
Should be comfortable in 10 hours of shift (9 hours working and 1 hour break)
One should know about European languages.
Graduate. Undergraduates can also apply.
Shall be under 35 years of age.
Salary on 1st of every month.
Fixed Salary.No deduction. Huge Incentives( Monthly + spot)
Friendly work environment.

People who have got experience in any technical field other than Windows & Mac Computers. Do not apply.
Freshers are not applicable for applying.
Technician or Tech Support Engineer do not apply.
