A Leading IT Digital Services Company is looking out for a Dynamic Female Sales Director to lead new business and sales efforts based at Dubai and managed the sales across EMEA region (Europe- Middle East - Africa).
The lady should be highly experienced in the digital business, working for Large Consulting Houses or a digital maverick from a pure marketing / agency background with 15-20 years of experience, the last 10 years in a senior digital role managing the digital practice.
The individual would be working with C-level and senior-level business and technical executives from the Clientside.
The individual should possess strong industry connections at the C-level, experience in targeting specific account or set of accounts and evangelize the importance of digital in creating innovative customer touch points and new business opportunities for its partners.
Demonstrate experience in supporting the design of customer journeys that weave together the brand with digital and traditional content, commerce, and community into a cohesive lifecycle experience.
Demonstrate experience at breaking down the functional boundaries between organizational silos to create a leaner, more agile digital organization.
Show that they have and can embed new metrics into the business to measure success at the customer and brand level, rather than by functional silos.
Be a subject matter expertise in multiple digital functions.
The ideal candidate is from a top 5 Agency/ top 5 Consulting Company with multi-dimensional exposure and a proven track record.
The position would report to the Business Director – EMEA.
