Job Description

- 10 + yrs of experience, Must be well versed with in full gross to net US payroll calculation and configuration including as well as schemas and rules, Finance integration, BSI Tax Factory and Off-Cycle. Also understand underlying legal requirements.

- Should able to Evaluating customers' business needs, contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP PY systems.

- Ability to interact with management and technical specialist and provide timely/quality advice.

- Should be good in understanding the business requirements and should have ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various objects (Forms, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Workflows).

- Should have exposure to other modules of SAP HCM like Benefits, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and integration of HCM modules.

- Assist and guide client in all phases of project life cycle.

- Handle all phases like Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans.

- Adapts best methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
