* At least 4+ years of experience in US Recruitment
* Familiarity with all US Tax Terms which includes 1099, Corp to Corp, W2 (Hourly/Annual), W2 with Per-Diem, OPT, CPT and TN Visa.
* Worked on all job boards such as Dice, Monster.
* Maintenance of RAID (Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies) Register by contacting, discussing and capturing the required updates from each of the various teams with in the entire Program.
* Prior experience in hiring full time, Contract.
