Product Management

Understanding products life cycle and align marketing activities accordingly

Product marketing mix strategy and its application.

Understanding Consumer behaviour, growth trends and market demand.

Identification of the customers requirements, challenges and provide the solutions which satisfy the customer needs/wants.

Conduct new product feasibility analysis and ROI for new development.

Co-ordination with RnD for new product development and plan for product launch at right time.

Marketing communication for AC drives and Softstarters

Design and development of new product literature like brochures, catalogues, presentations etc.

Document management, upgrade and revision control for product manuals, customer satisfaction letters, reference lists.

Business development for AC drives and Softstarters

Product approvals with key customers and consultants

Technical document/ credentials preparation, submission, technical clarifications and follow up with regional team

Presentation and technical discussion at consultant and customers end on product features and capability

Co-ordinating key customer visit to plant and ensuring plant inspection

Technical support for AC drives and Softstarters

Support to regional team on technical queries, product capability and product selection

Support to regional team with beat sheets w.r.t to competitors product to win over a case

Visit to customers place to resolve technical issues related to product capability and tender compliance.

Conducting technical training for partners and internal team
