Plan and execute annual re - certification of Trainers & Associates.
Responsible for identification training needs and training methodology.
Candidate must have 3 - 8 Years of experience into insurance & claims training process.
Candidate must have strong experience in training (Insurance, claims)
Candidates must have people management, performance management skills.
Good communication skills.
