Training Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Implementation of Training Plans.Providing Training induction to new joiners.
Ensuring timely conduction & completion of Launches or any other initiatives
Engage with the Sales Leaders & work in tandem with them for training.
MIS & Training Documentation.
Coordinate with respective branch manager and regional managers to formulate training needs.
Calenderization of training.
Good Communication skills.
Sales Training/ Insurance sales.
