#Job Description for CD- Technical Expert:
- Lead & Implement Continuous Delivery practices for Development teams to improve time and quality of deliverables
- Maintain & Support Continuous Delivery platform ( Jenkins / Team City, SONAR, Nexus, SVN/GIT Hub, Agile tools etc.,) and its users
- Handle user requests on Continuous Delivery enablement/transformations within defined SLA with optimal quality.
- Propose & perform POC on new technical trends on Continuous Delivery & contribute in defining the standards
- Extend CD platform capabilities by writing custom plug-in developed using Java/REST web services, Groovy, and python.
- Transform / improve current practices to improve team efficiency.
- Exhibit the excellent service postures and manage operations without escalation
- Closely Work/Collaborate with onsite Counterparts / partners.
- Timely reporting on milestones/work progress/ issues/risks to Reporting Manager.

#Job Description for CD- Technical Manager:

- Lead transversal organization initiatives to deliver value and strategic impacts.
- Plan and conduct POC on new technologies around Continuous Delivery, Digital transformation technologies and propose to Senior Management.
- Demonstrate lead by example in every service offerings by performing hands-on complex activities.
- Drive efficiency in teams baseline activities through lean processes and transformation
- Enable Continuous Delivery practices using DevOps tools in Application Development teams to improve time to market.
- Collaborate with counter parts/partner to build / execute global roadmap for each stream of services and work towards shared objectives
- Work with stake holders and drive alignment of scope, timeline, and resource ownership for each project/initiative
- Ensure appropriate level of awareness of the initiatives across the organization through effective updates
- Resource forecasting/planning, Hiring, Career Development, and skills development of associates on a continuous basis
- Improve the Team Autonomy / Maturity Level on continuous basis to provide consistent/quality services.
- Report weekly / monthly progress as appropriately to both local and global management.
